About
About Krissi:
child, teen & family therapist: In my psychotherapy practice, I work with families, kids and teens. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, PANS/PANDAS, trauma, OCD, and attachment struggles. This has given me a strong background in the emotional wellbeing of families that I’m happy to be able to use to coach parents.
homeschool mom of 2 wildlings: I never planned to homeschool, but then COVID/virtual school happened. I wanted more for my kids and myself. We’ve been homeschooling since my oldest was in 1st grade, and I have experience starting and maintaining playgroups and co ops.
adventurous soul: Travel and exploring has been part of who I am my entire life. I remember being devastated (still am, sometimes) at the idea that I will never be able to see and experience everything in the world. Travel planning, especially planning trips for families with children, is something I love to do and help others enjoy too!
nature rooted: Nature is so important to our physical, mental, social wellbeing. It’s critical to teach our kids and have access to nature for ourselves.
I love animals, travel, reading, running (especially trail running/Ragnars), and learning (even better if it’s weird animal facts). I’m at my most peaceful and genuine self when I’m outdoors in the mountains or at the beach.
